PCAOB Announces Appointments of IAG and SEIAG Advisory Group Members

On March 18, 2025, the PCAOB announced the appointment of members to its Investor Advisory Group (IAG) and its Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group (SEIAG).

The PCAOB appointed eight new members to the IAG, which provides the PCAOB with investors’ perspectives on the PCAOB’s agenda. The PCAOB also appointed 13 new members to the SEIAG, which advises on existing standards, proposed standards, and potential new standards.  Members of each advisory group are appointed for two-year terms.
