San Francisco Business Litigation Partner and former Google AI Counsel Ben Softness will be a featured speaker at the Legal Frontiers in Digital Media 2025 conference on May 8 in San Francisco. Ben’s session, “Liability Problems with Agentic AI” will explore U.S. theories of liability for the unintended consequences of these tools and inquire whether existing legal concepts are up to the task of fairly assigning blame when potential liability arises.
