King & Spalding partner Brent Gilfedder has been elected as an American College of Real Estate Lawyers Fellow. According to the organization, members are elected for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.
Gilfedder focuses on structuring and executing real estate investments and transactions. He represents a variety of sponsors and investors in all types of real estate development, investment and financing matters. Gilfedder advises private equity institutions, equity investors and developers-sponsors in all aspects of their real estate business, as well as the structuring of joint ventures and advising real estate investment trusts.
The American College of Real Estate Lawyers is the select national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues and the profession. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process.
