Atlanta and Miami Finance & Restructuring Partner Sarah Primrose will be a featured speaker at American Bankruptcy Institute Spring Meeting on Saturday April 26th in Washington, D.C. Sarah will participate in a panel discussion on Ethical Concerns Relating to the Employment of Professionals. This panel will discuss ethical concerns relating to employing professionals in bankruptcy matters, including disclosure obligations under ethics rules, the Bankruptcy Code and U.S. Trustee guidelines.
