Dan Feldman leads King & Spalding’s energy industry team, which comprises 300 lawyers worldwide. Dan’s practice focuses on energy across the value chain, including low-carbon energy (renewables, hydrogen and its derivatives, carbon capture and storage, battery systems and green industry), oil and gas (upstream, midstream and downstream) power, infrastructure and mining megaprojects around the world.
Dan has represented corporations, government entities and institutions globally, including Masdar, Engie, NEOM, Fertiglobe, ADNOC, Woodside, PETRONAS, JERA, Reliance, Chevron, Emirates Global Aluminium, Fortescue, JBIC, Dow Chemical, Tree Energy Solutions, Raizen, Casa dos Ventos, Air Liquide, EverWind, Uniper and more.
Dan has been recognized by Chambers Global, Legal500, IFLR1000, Who’s Who Legal and Law360 as a leading lawyer.
Most recently, Dan was named a Law360 2022 MVP for project finance (one of five in the world) and advised on Project Finance International’s Global Deal of the Year 2021.
