Chris Costello advises clients on e-discovery and information governance matters, including litigation readiness, information management, data minimization, cross-border discovery issues, privacy, cybersecurity, and more.
Chris also handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation across a variety of disputes from inception through trial and resolution, including representations of large financial institutions in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) matters.
